What to expect on the day
We use the soft wash method with a wood-specific cleaner that lifts grey and brings out the natural color. For composite decks (Trex, TimberTech, Fiberon, Azek and others) we use the manufacturer-approved approach — no harsh acids that can damage the cap layer, the right brushes for composite, and pressure dialed way back. Each composite brand has its own recommended cleaning chemistry; we know the differences and use the right one.
What sets us apart
After cleaning, your deck is ready to seal or stain if you choose. We don't currently apply finish ourselves, but we can recommend a couple of solid local stainers we trust. The right time to stain is 48 to 72 hours after cleaning, depending on humidity and shade.
Getting a quote
We clean every part of the deck — surface, railings, balusters, stair treads, stair risers, the underside of the railing where mildew loves to hide, and the perimeter where the deck meets the house. Most residential decks take us two to four hours.

How it works
Inspect
Material check (pressure-treated, cedar, ipe, composite brand), condition assessment, any soft spots or rotten boards flagged. We tell you upfront if any boards look like they need replacement before staining.
Apply
Soft wash solution with the right chemistry for the material. Dwell time of five to ten minutes while the cleaner lifts dirt, grey and mildew.
Agitate + brush
Hand brushing on stubborn spots, gentle wand on the flats. We work with the grain on wood, never against it. Composite gets a softer brush than wood.
Rinse + walkthrough
Full rinse, including under the deck if accessible. Walk the deck with you, point out any issues we found, confirm next steps if you're going to stain.
